           MIGHTY TUMBLERS
(approx. Ages 3 to 6)

 

Designed for children ages three to seven, our Mighty Tumblers class is ideal for any child! This 45 minute class includes an introductory and closing group game centered on a bi-weekly theme followed by small group rotations of three events each week (floor, bars, and vault or beam). This class revolves around introductory gymnastics skills, as well as flexibility, following directions, and stamina.

           SUPER TUMBLERS
(approx. Ages 4 to 7)

Similar to Mighty Tumblers, Super Tumblers follows a bi-weekly theme through a introductory warm-up and closing activity. The length of the class increases to make it more suitable for our four to seven year old gymnastics. During the Super Tumbler class, the gymnasts are challenged with age appropriate gymnastics skills on each event.  4 and 5 year-olds need a coaches recommendation to enter this class.

           BEGINNER 1
(approx. Ages 7 to 12)

 

Beginner 1 is a multi-dimensional class that can serve as an introduction to gymnastics or a skill enhancing class for veteran gymnasts ages six to twelve. Enrolled gymnasts rotate through three events each week, with new skills appropriate to each child introduced as the session continues. This class focuses on mastering the basic skills on floor and bars, in order to begin learning more advanced skills. 6 year-olds need a coaches recommendation to enter this class.

           BEGINNER 2
(approx. Age 8+)

 

With an eight to one or less student to coach ratio, Beginner 2s is a staff recommended class. Now that your gymnast has accomplished strong foundational skills, a more challenging set of developmental skills can be mastered. This class focuses on continuing practice of basic skills on floor and bars weekly, paired with vault and beam bi-weekly, with added difficulty and variation. Strength and conditioning are introduced as a tool to increase flexibility and control.

           ADVANCED 1
(approx. Age 9+)

 

This staff recommended class will start the more advance skills, building upon prior mastered maneuvers. In the class, the kids will further improve their abilities and work on some of the following skills: handstands, cartwheels, handspring, walkovers, rolls with straight arms and legs, back hip circles and under swings on bars, cartwheel and easy jumps on beam, and running into rolls and handstand on vault. This class is designed for gymnasts who are ready to be challenged. Strength and conditioning are incorporated into every practice.

           HOMESCHOOL CLASS
(approx. Age 3-6yrs and 7-12 yrs)

 

For homeschool families only, this is a multi-dimensional class that can serve as an introduction to gymnastics or a skill enhancing class for veteran gymnasts ages three to twelve. Enrolled gymnasts rotate through three events each week, with new skills appropriate to each child introduced as the session continues. This class focuses on mastering the basic skills on floor and bars, in order to begin learning more advanced skills.  This class meets the first and third Tuesday mornings during the school year.
