This class is based on skill, attitude and effort.  Hot Shots has a strong focus on strength and flexibility

and includes a higher level of commitment than recreational classes.  This girls pre-team development class will eventually lead to the opportunity to compete in USAG competitions if you choose.  This is a year-round commitment.  Invitations will typically be sent during the spring session and will begin at the start of the summer session.  Hot Shots will do about 2 small performances during the year including a halftime performance and the Summer Arts Festival. Class time is held twice a week for an hour and a half.  During the school year, this class is held right after school.
